About Me

Here's a tidbit about myself. I’m Coach Jon Finn, an ACE Health Professional (National Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach) as well as a Kinesiology Graduate at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). On my personal fitness journey, I’ve successfully dropped from 300lbs and maintained my body weight around 185lbs. It took years of research and practice to establish habits that worked best for me and my busy life full of friends and family. I’ve coached plenty of people from models, athletes, bodybuilders and everyday people like yourself by helping you discover what works best for your schedule and lifestyle.
